Welcome to Parker Growth Lab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, programs, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing our website or enrolling a child, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the student being enrolled. By enrolling, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian, have the legal authority to enroll the student, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Programs and Services

Parker Growth Lab provides academic enrichment programs, digital coursework, competitions, leaderboard challenges, resources, summer camps, and community features for K–12 students. Program details, including curriculum, schedule, and pricing, are described on our website and may be updated.

3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Enrollment

Enrollment is completed online through our website. Once enrollment is submitted and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with access details.

3.2 Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

3.3 Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

If you enroll in a recurring program, your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us.

3.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time enrollments. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us at info@parkergrowthlab.org for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You and your child agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to share account credentials outside your immediate family, record or resell our curriculum, upload inappropriate or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or misrepresent your identity or your child's age. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our programs is the property of Parker Growth Lab or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use content for personal, non-commercial educational use by the enrolled student during the period of enrollment.

6. Student-Created Work

Students retain ownership of original work they create. By submitting work to Parker Growth Lab, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and feature student work for educational and promotional purposes. We will obtain additional consent before publicly identifying a student by full name or photograph.

7. Community Guidelines

Students participating in community features agree to be kind and respectful, keep conversations on-topic, not share personal contact information with other students, and report concerning behavior to a Parker Growth Lab moderator.

8. Photo, Video, and Likeness Release

During enrollment, you will be asked to grant or decline permission for Parker Growth Lab to use photos, videos, or audio recordings of your child for promotional or educational purposes. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, test score improvements, or admissions results. Every student's experience and progress will vary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parker Growth Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Parker Growth Lab harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may cancel your enrollment at any time as described in Section 3. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or for other reasonable cause. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify enrolled families by email and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fort Bend County, Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Parker Growth Lab regarding the Services.
